Boost Weight Loss with Sassy Water!/ My Memories Giveaway Winner!

Hello Everyone

I hope you had a fabulous Valentine Day!

via

I saw this recipe for Sassy water on Pinterest a couple of months ago, and I decided to make the Sassy water the other day. I have been trying to stay away unhealthy beverages & snacks and this is a great alternative for me. Plus it helps with weight loss! I decided to use a travel size container. I am not the type of person that usually has lemon in their water without any sugar. So this is a HUGE step for me! I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Recipe:

Ingredients
2 Liters water
1 medium cucumber
1 lemon Sliced
10-12 mint leaves.

Mix all the ingredients together and steep overnight in fridge and drink every day.

(okay so mines has a ton of lemons and cucumber in it)
.

of Course I made myself a little snack :)

Have you tried Sassy water before? Would you try it?

PS:  The winner of the My Memories Giveaway is... @dawkinscj

  13. I've had this before without the mint leaves. It is a common drink that people have when they host parties where I live. It's like water with a little kick.

  15. I always make this for parties, it gives the water a little "sass" and makes it feel special for kids too without resorting to juice, which stains.

  16. Oh, yummy! The best "sassy water" I ever had came from this day spa I went to a while back. They had all different flavors of it all over the place. The best one had honeydew melon and (I think) cucumber. Delicious.
